She gave us the number for Foremost insurance which is based in Michigan. Had no problems getting a policy from them to satisfy CFWM. Can't say what response will be if any claims and really hope it will not be necessary to find out anytime soon. Too much else to occupy my time. Foremost insurance Ph # 1-800-752-2461 AARP members get discount. You must document that manufactured home has up to date tie downs, without it you can not get insurance. To up date tie downs cost around $2400. Speaking of up dates, to remove gray pipe and replace with PVC $1400.
