We have bought from the Original Mattress Factory as long as I can remember. The mattresses are heavy but so worth it.

But he does not come and just vacuum, dust, etc. like a maid service, my neighbor does those things, but neither she nor her hubby can do things like clean the light fixtures, clean the TOPS of the china cabinet, etc. and one of things he does is turn and or rotate their mattress every so many months. So it's different than just having a woman come do the house cleaning once a week, so I am not sure what you call that kind of help he provides. Recently he put up a shower bar for them. Most cleaning women will not, can not, or do not, rearrange the furniture for you every so often, or when you tire of the current arrangement. Once a year he puts new batteries in all the smoke and CD alarms... the fire department would do that for them, but he just does that when he comes for his January regular day. He came last week and washed the lanai windows for them.
He sounds wonderful. If you could get his information, that would be awesome. Hopefully, he doesn’t get so inundated with calls he will be too busy to help everyone.

My son & daughter would do that for me when they visit, but I would love for them to just enjoy themselves and enjoy The Villages. Can you get his name & number?

Most mattresses should not be flipped. Unless the manufacturer specifically recommends otherwise, you should not flip your mattress.

For more information see the following article.

Should You Flip or Rotate Your Mattress? | Sleep Foundation
Since they said their mattress “requires flipping” I would think so.

If you look at the website, it does not require flipping. It is suggested.

The majority of our mattresses are equally padded on both sides for your longtime comfort and support. Although you do not have to flip our two-sided mattresses, we suggest periodically rotating and flipping to extend the life of your bedding set and to minimize body impressions.

I would ask your neighbors. I would gladly help if I lived by you.

I wish we lived there yet, I would come & do it for FREE. If you hire someone they’ll take advantage of you & charge you more than it’s worth. See if you can’t find some young guy to do it. They’ll probably do it for $5. just for their time. To bad I’m not there, I would be tickled pink to do it for you!

Not true. We just bought a new mattress in January from Original Mattress Factory and specifically bought one that could be flipped as they last longer. Our new routine is every 6 months flip and/or turn.

I would contact a handy person or call 2 men and a Truck or other movers and ask if someone is available for a small job. Get estimates. Ask your neighbors too.
When we moved down here I used Uhaul. When you go to the Uhaul site online, check for loaders and unloading services on the truck rental page. You specify the location and type of job. Up pops a list of the cost and amount of time they will help you. You choose the proposal.
