Our first week in TV we were ripped off for $300.00. We gave a deposit to have our driveway painted and the guys never came back. One was finally arrested this week. We will be here one year next week. Go with your gut feeling. I should have.

I would never buy perishable food products from someone that knocks on my door.

I would consider buying some sort of packaged food from someone that knocks on my door to support a known non-profit organization. Example: "girl scout cookies".
