Default Middleton playgrounds

When my grandkids visit, am I allowed to let them use the playgrounds located in Middleton?

If they are public, of course, if they are private, of course not. I would bet there are signs somewhere down there that will let you know. Take a ride and take a look.

The amenities in Middleton are supported by the fees that those residents pay.

Take your grands to the playgrounds in The Villages. There is one at Sumter Landing, next to where the barbeque restaurant used to be.

There are also playgrounds in Wildwood. Try Millenium Park on Powell Road.

There's a nice playground in Eastport.

The splash pad and playground in downtown Middleton are public.

I’m sure hundreds of Middleton golf cars are driving around on the mm paths north of CR466A…….give me a break.

It's mutual.

Multimodal Paths are no more restricted than public sidewalks.

The playgrounds within each Middleton park (Dry Creek, Kewaydin, Lake Harlow, etc) are for MIddleton residents only. The splashpad right next to Portillo's, and the playground along Randy McDaniel (downtown) are accessible to the public. If your grandkids are young enough, I bet they'll have a blast at the splashpad; and then ice cream at Abbott's!

Good answer. Basic logic always wins.

CAN you-yes. MAY you-no.with that said, we have used them a few times with our 2 yr old granddaughter without anyone complaining. I strongly recommend that you take them to Roger’s Park in Leesburg. It is larger than any in the villages. There is an adjacent large splash pad as well. It is near the lake and library. Then head to Ski Beach for lunch.
