Another happy RK Sunshades customer here. Because of western facing, we got the most opaque ones they had. We got two other estimates but those companies didn't carry the opaque option, for some reason. Good luck.

Thanks all. Our lanai is western facing as well. We were looking at the 97% block out rating as well because of this.

We used CoolBreeze as well. Had them install a motorized screen on our garage when we first moved in then had them install four more on our west facing lanai. Very satisfied.
One thing that sold us on CoolBreeze was the 10 year warranty on both the screen and motor. Most only warranty the motor for 5 years.

RK installed 2 power shades for our west facing lanai in 2020. We had met with multiple vendors and choose RK based on the quality of their screens. The screens are still like new even though we are full time in the Villages and use them most days. One of shades worked itself out of the track (probably due to the recent high winds) and RK came out and fixed it. Now all is "new" again. I highly recommend them - quality product and awesome service.

Thanks for that information

Anyone familiar with a product called Magnatrack? I would like to have screening that I could leave down all the time to reduce rain and dirt coming in on the furniture.
