Default Moving to TV

IMHO moving to the newer areas of TV is not your best move. Try a resale between 466 and 466A that way you in the center that is well established. Plenty of beautiful houses and properties in this area.

I am wondering about my timing.
I am attracted to the Villages because of the variety of activities and the friendly people I have encountered on previous visits.
I am looking for input on the timing of my move. I would love to go soon but concerned about the impact of the virus on life up there.
I am living fairly safely here in Vero.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about the timing?
Thank you

We have been in here 17 years. Ready to leave. Although we go to the beaches in different states frequently. I miss the beach also.

I bought a starter house in The Historic Side. Bought a forever house in Orange Blossoms on Paradise Lake, Aloha Way. Best decision I've made. Got rid of the car, drove < 200miles/ yr. Everything is accessible by Golf Cart, friendly people, old trees, bigger lots, & cheaper taxes. I left all my problems back in Chicago
