Don't forget ............... this Thursday afternoon. "Music in the Park" behind La Hacienda Rec Center from 1PM until 3PM+. The Villages "Sounds of the Villages" Swing Band will be performing a FREE performance. As an added bonus, the Jazz workshop group will be have their breakout performance.
The crawler has been on VNN now for about a week but there are still many who have not seen or heard this fantastic swing/jazz band.
Their last gig at Savannah Center (Sweerthearts Dance) Feb 14th was absolutley sold out. Their next Villages performance will be in June at the "Senior Prom". And folks are already asking about tickets for this dance.
But again, "Music in the Park" is FREE. Bring a lawn chair, maybe a blanket, your favorite beverage and a light lunch.
