Default My New Telescoping Flagpole

Back in 2002, I purchased a 20 foot aluminum flag pole. It served me well for 12 years. The other day, I went out and the pole was laying on the ground. From all of the winds over the years, it finally broke off at the base. I found an ad in the Daily Sun for Village Flagpoles and sent them a note. Therm Nichols responded and came out and went over the various types of flagpoles. I decided to get a telescoping 16 foot silver pole. It came with a cloth 3X5 American flag. Yesterday Therm came over and cut the end that was sticking up off of the old flagpole and installed the new flag pole in front of where the old one was. That was easier than trying to dig up the concrete that was used to hold the original pole. He did a fantastic job. He made sure that it was level in all directions. Today, he showed me how to put the flag on the pole and how to raise and lower the telescoping pole.

I am very happy that I can now fly Old Glory again.

If any of you are interested in putting up a flagpole, I would encourage you to give Therm a call at 352-217-4360 or email him at therm@villageflagpoles.com. You will not be disappointed.

BTW: He is a village resident.

Installed prices start at $230 according to his website - Village Flagpoles

Mine was slightly more because of the model I selected. I did not consider it too much since my 20 foot aluminum pole was $200 installed back in 2002.
