I don't see why someone cannot have a gripe without people jumping all over them?
It's a concern about inconsiderate neighbors.
Is this not a board to express our concerns and opinions?

I agree that this is a "chat room" to talk about concerns and joys. I thought that is what members were doing, expressing their opinions.

Putting out garbage early is a bit of an annoyance ... I think people were just speculating that the "wrong doers" may be travelling, or confused about the day. Or perhaps someone is sick, so their kids come over in the morning and put out the garbage for them. Of course if it's always put out early, it becomes more annoying. Perhaps offering assistance to help put it out at night might help figure out the problem.

And this can all be said as you just did, without mocking and inside "jokes" that make the o.p. feel like she's "not part of the POPULAR girls" in seventh grade.

I have a home in a gated community. Fortunately, they are strict about when trash receptacles may be placed at curbside and when they must be removed. A couple of times I have forgotten and paid the fine ($25) but I am happy with the restrictions which include overnight parking controls and yard appearance. They are in place for aesthetics, hygiene and public safety.

And that exactly is why I am no longer making any posts on TOTV. I'm tired of being put down and it's not worth it anyway.
