After nearly being ripped off by Tires Choice Colony Plaza last year, I checked around with friends for an honest and competent car service. A few of them recommended Michaels and after needing his services twice and not being taken advantage of, I feel comfortable giving his info out. He's located off of 446A about 2 miles east of Colony Plaza. Michael's Auto Repair, 307 N. Villa Avenue, Fruitland Park, FL 34731 (352) 365-2955. His prices are very very reasonable.

Honest with good prices. I would trust him with my vehicle.

Went there with a slight oil leak and said I didn't want to spend a bundle on the repair. He checked it, and said it was leaking very little, but it would take a lot of money to fix, so his recommendation was to leave it, as is. Not enough of a leak as to not make it to the next oil change. Worked for me, as I am going to buy a new one late this year.

He also gave his input on the best dealership to buy from. He is very similar to my old mechanic in CT who knows a lot of stuff.

I wouldn't go to anyone else!!!

Default Reynolds Air

Have used Reynolds Air in Leesburg (352-787-7285) for 2 older cars several times over the last 5 years. Good work each time at fair prices. He's an older guy, a little crusty and doesn't talk much.

Sumter Tire and Auto on Rt 301 just off 466A is great. They are fair and honest, you will not be sorry. I have used them for about 4 years and would not go anywhere else.

Another thumbs up for Michaels. He said my mother's car had a slow leak in the air conditioning system and that we just added freon. He is honest and reliable.
