We are going to list our home at 3198 Holley Terrace (The one that backs to the corner of Drake Drive and Moyer Loop with the fountain) in mid October. Can any recommend a great realtor for a resale? Not sure if we are better off going with an independent realtor or a Villages realtor. Thank in advance.

Invite a few realtors into your home. Other people’s recommendations mean zilch. Whoever you feel the most comfortable with is your choice. Relax and enjoy the ride.

Are you also going to buy in The Villages? TV will rebate you 1% if you list, sell and buy another home from them. TV does a nice comp report for you. Any Village agent can get you that report. Is the agent who sold you still with them?
