Past couple of days when I make a call receiving end can not hear me. Have seen previous threads about this few months ago. Anyone else having issues these past couple of days with Comcast? Tamarind Grove area, if that matters.

Try resetting your modem, pull the power plug wait at least 30 seconds, that plug back in. After 60 seconds or so your phone should be working again. I have found that when ever I am having problems with either the X1 system (my main TV) or the phones, the first thing I do is try resetting the modem, about 75% of the time or more this fixes the problem, and I do not have to deal with Comcast!!!!

We brought our old modem back to Comcast and got a newer one. Solved our slow internet and telephone problems.

Our Comcast internet has been on and off for 4 days now. I've called several times and they always say they are experiencing problems in our area.

I have had the same problem with my cell phone on occasion. I can hear the other person perfectly fine but they cannot hear me. My carrier is Verizon but I don't think the problem is on their end. This has happened to me on, I believe, 3 occasions.
