You might need two, a Realtor, and a sales agent. Realtors can't sell TV listed homes and vice-versa. TV sales agents only have access to their own listings and Realtors have access to the MLS. So, if you see a house you like and it's listed with a Realtor, then you can't use a TV sales agent and vice-versa.

I recommend that you look into 55placesdot com, and set up notifications to send you and email when a property in the villages gets listed. I usually get between 3 and 6 new listings every day.

You can look at the villages website to set filters too (price, model, resales, etc.)

I wouldn't feel comfortable to recommend an agent - some may do a good job for one person, then not so much for another....

My wife and I worked with Paul Carraway, a real professional who listens. We came to The Villages looked at 3 houses and bought the second house Paul showed us. That was 2 years ago today. We could not be happier.
