Have you ever given thought to what is mainly left in bathrooms? Jewelry and prescription drugs. It's not hard to stuff them in their pocket when flushing the toilet. Stay safe.

I pulled up to a golf course restroom and a golf cart was sitting in front of it and both restrooms were in use. A lady came out of the ladies and then another lady came out of the men's.
I smiled and asked her if she had put the seat up. Then we both laughed and both ladies were laughing as they drove away.

I have no problem with anyone who needs a bathroom using the nearest one they could find. It's a basic often urgent need. One of the things that I liked about TV is that there are bathrooms all over. This isn't a gated community we have no right to deny anyone access, and we invite the workers here to do us a service. Why would we deny anyone the use of a facility who needs it. And why would you keep jewelry and drugs in a guest bath? I'm just not used to this kind of us vs them spirit. It's not like anyones getting out alive.

If there is a construction worker using your pool restroom and it makes you nervous to have your children in there, go in with them or have them wait till the worker is done. For heaven's sake, we've had more problems with our own Villagers exposing themselves and doing drugs at pools than any construction workers. These people have families of their own. Whatever would make you think they are all perverts waiting to harm our children? Geez.

If the public were denied use of pool rest rooms, I can only imagine the residents' belligerence in complaining about the ugly portapotties scattered throughout TV. Come on people, get real, what do you expect these workers to do?

Somewhere in The Villages someone who just peed in the swimming pool says, "The nerve of that landscaping guy...using our restroom."

And again, the pool restrooms are not public toilets. The developers built nice public restrooms that look like beach cabanas beside Lake Sumter at the town square. Maybe they should build some designated public restrooms at the shopping centers like Colony and Pinellas. Also, it can be quite unnerving as a female taking a shower at Mulberry, Colony or Laurel Manor sport pools, knowing that any tom, dick and harry stops in off the highways of 42, 466 and 466-A to use the toilets whose doorways are shared with the shower and dressing rooms, and the doors simply push/pull open without latches!! |

You couldn't pay me to take a shower at the sports pool. I'm not overly concerned about one of the workers barging in for a peek, I'd be more worried about Villager barging in for a quick peek.
As to more public restrooms in the squares or shopping centers, get real. One, it would take up space needed for shops and parking. Two, the distance would be too great for most workers to get to the bathroom, use the toilet and return to the worksite. Three, most employees of lawn maintenance personnel ride in their supervisor's vehicle. I really can't see the supervisor being willing to go out of the scheduled route for a worker to use a toilet when there are easily accessible, legal facilities available.
