Have any of you TOTVers been through the new Cabana Courtyard Villas that TV is now advertising? I am interested, as they appear to be somewhat larger than the Keys or Savannah Courtyard Villas (but it's hard to tell, with the strange way that the developer calculates square footage), and the slideshow in the TV website showed at least one of them to have grass on the lawn. I guess that begs another question: Do all of the Keys and Savannah Courtyard Villas have the "low maintenance" lawns, or can you still buy those models with grass? My beagle is used to his fenced in grassy yard up here in cool, wet Central NY, and would probably not appreciate a pine straw or wood chip lawn.
