Can anyone tell me what County the Cottages are in the Villages.
Also any info as to the taxes on the Model ," Tuckett Inn "
a three bedroom home.
If you know the breakdown ,property, bond, fire district tax.
Your help would be appreciated.

I have heard that the luxurious cottages previously used for lifestyle visitors are also up for sale. Also in Sumter county.

The Cotteges you are talking about are "stripped down" versions of popular models. No garage door openers, blinds, fans, pocket doors, etc. The Sun Kissed, for example is an Amerillo floor plan. The is no railing on the front porch and the concrete slab off the Lanai is tiny. The shower is cheapened down, as is the lighting. Welll you get my point. Good sales strategy I should think.

Yes Gracie.
I was with a realtor friend today.
She said they start at $450 and go up to over a million.
They are sold turnkey and with a golf cart.

Nothing wrong with smaller homes and nothing wrong with making things affordable....but everything here in TV is so beautiful and some of the new cottages viewed from Odell look very bare indeed. A tree or bush in the back would really make them more attractive, because they look nice inside.
