Wildwood is adding another 2000 apartments over there so there'll be plenty of people to hire.

They're getting the money from the US taxpayers, where did you think it's coming from, seriously?

I think part of the problem is the virus encouraged many of the people who could retire to retire.

Labor experts predicted a shortage several years ago for about 2020. Given area demographics it is no surprise that “help” is difficult to find.

Yes and it's NOT coming from the upper 1% like it should!

According to the IRS, the top 1% pay 40% of all income taxes...

According to USA Today,
The top 1% of earners in Florida account for 28.4% of all income in the state and pay 50.3% of all federal income taxes, the largest share in the country.

Uniformed??? Considering that this is already off the topic of the OP, why not close the thread. Seems like the question was answered by the first response.

Back on topic, property seems small, for 7-11, but the contractors will be thrilled at a closer gas station. Pain to get in and out, but it will be a very busy intersection.

At Sam’s yesterday 3 large RVs were gassing up, at the same time. Little crowded to sneak a car around them. Gas was 15 cents cheaper at the time, so if you are pumping 80 plus gallons it’s got to be worth the snug fit

Plus, it will be another place for golf carts in the area to gas up, at a cheaper price than in Brownwood...

Today I stopped at 7-11 in colony, gas was the exact same price as brownwood, and Gordon s garage. So cheaper isn't at 7-11

Well, I've stopped at Walmart (by Colony Plaza) and Marathon (Lake Deaton Plaza) to gas up and both were significantly less than TV Golf Cart frilling station @ Brownwood...
