New CYV owner needs recommendation for bug and weed maintaince

We have a closing on our Hadley Villa coming up in May. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for bug and weed maintenance. Thank you

we're in hadley, moving this monday, we went with massey, they seemed very professional and knew what we would need, hope that helps, trish
