I am in Hadley and rented off of Buttonwood and Verizon stinks. Rarely get 4G and have to stand in a certain spot to get my calls to connect. Have been with Verizon fora long time and am sorely disappointed at the service here.

We live in Buttonwood and both my hubby and I have Boost Mobile and love it! The reception is great, the price is right, and every month I pay my bill on time my rate goes down. I have an Android Boost Mobile phone with unlimited calls, text, and internet for only $35 a month. I venture to say not many other companies can beat that price. I did pay close to $200 for my phone but the cheap monthly rate quickly offsets that price.

WOW I thought my plan was the only one that was so cheap, but yours sounds like it runs pretty close. We have Metro PCS. We're in Buttonwood. I can get great service anywhere in my home, or outside. I've never had a dropped call, and get great service anywhere we've been in TV. The only place I can't get service is in Toojays. We have NO CONTRACT, UNLIMITED LOCAL & LONG DISTANCE CALLS, UNLIMITED EMAIL & PICTURE MAIL, UNLIMITED INTERNET, UNLIMITED DATA, AND UNLIMIED DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE. I also pay for INSURANCE, BACK-UP ON ALL CONTACTS. When we go back to New York, we have no problem there either. How does Boost Mobile work in other states? We also have Android 4G phones. Do you have all the features I mentioned? For all of the above, we pay $83.00 a month for two phones. We don't share minutes, everything is unlimited on both phones. I never heard of Boost Mobile. Please let me know here or PM me. Thanks, Trish

This reflects my experience using Boost Service and an Android Smartphone and living in Piedmont. I formerly had AT&T and did not find it nearly as good as Boost. I occasionally have missed calls but not dropped calls.

I suspect the problem in TV is that the owners have not allowed enough cell towers to be positioned in the development to have any service give really great coverage. They may be concerned about the esthetics of the towers.

One thing that brightspot01 did not mention is that Boost does not require a contract. If you choose to do so you can make your payments with a payment card you can purchase at Walmart.

I pay my monthly bill by automatic credit card payment, assuring the reductions in monthly cost that comes from making on time payments.

Nationwide Boost uses the Sprint cell tower system.

I am quite happy with Boost.

We've been here for almost 9 years, have had Verizon Wireless the entire time and have never had a problem. No dropped calls, etc. Gotta give them their due. They have our vote.

We have also been using Verizon for 9-10 years North of C.R. 466. Always had great reception untill about three weeks ago. Both phones an Android and an I phone are now receiving a weak and intermittant signal. (poor reception and dropped calls) Did trouble shooting with their Techs. Tech advised to buy a power boost or something and they would let me have it for only $99.
