Default New home build out in The Villages

On a previous thread folks had asked about updates on construction here in TV. Last evening Mark Morse and his sisters gave their annual state of TV presentation to the VHA. (Presentation was taped and will be broadcast on VNN this weekend). So for those interested below are a few tidbits from the presentation from Jennifer Parr:

YTD about a 25% increase in new residents this year as compared to 2009
Some 3,500 homes left to be built north of 466A with a projected time frame of 1 1/2 yrs to completion
Another 11,000 homes to be built south of 466A with that area slated to take maybe four years
Build out is expected to take 5 1/2 years with the caveat being that it is based on "todays rate of sale"
