Default NEW HOME OWNERS

Susi and I spent the weekend in TV and bought a house in the village of Poinciana. So now will come all the questions about who does what well. Cuts grass, termite, tile work, solar tubes, driveway pavers, house checkers, etc. etc. Thanks to all who tlaked about the wonderful things that go on there and helped us make the decision. We will still be snowbirds for a while, but will start to enjoy more time there. So even though I didn't turn out to be the football picking expert I thought I was I hope we will still be welcome by all, and we are looking forward to our time there.

L2 and Susi,

and congratulations..... a big decision but one you will be glad you made for a long time to come. I assume this was a resale since Poinciana has been there a while. Please fire away with any questions you might have. The weekend weather here was absolutely glorious...see what you have to look forward to.

Good Luck.

I think the website is great. It shows the good and the bad. Sometimes in life there is both and there is no sense in hiding it. Poinciana was one of the hardest hit village but their resilience is commendable. And yes i don't live there yet but i do communicate with someone from that village.

Welcome! You can't go wrong wherever you buy in TV. Just bring your bike and have a ball.

I2ridehd,

Congratulations.

Now, I just have to know. Is that Harley coming with you?

Your name tells a tale, and I remembered something about Harley from that motorcyle thread a month or so ago.

When we were vacationing on the gulf coast one time, we rented a great big Hog. I rode on the back for a little while. But Mr. BB sure got our money's worth out of that rental. When he came back to the beach, I could tell from the bugs in his teeth that he was a happy man.

Some of those houses down there appear to have something that looks like it could be a motorcycle garage.

BB
