That is exactly what I hope to do.....rent there this summer. Are there many lease with option to buy homes?

Phoebis, I don't see a "lot" of lease with options, at least when I was looking, but there are plenty of homes around here otherwise, you'll not have a problem.

Are you year round? From what the realestate lady told us is snowbirds mostly have villa's but when move here find they need more space and move to house. Mainly that is the question, what to buy if don't want to move around.

Another reason people sell their home is that they want to upgrade or they may find themselves to far away from activities like the town squares.
