Default Seeking advice on what still might be good in refrig / freezer

I'm thinking:

1. Frozen bread / waffles / pancakes
2. Condiments / BBQ sauces / mustards
3. Little dipping sauce packets swiped from fast food establishments
4. Refrozen ice
5. Salad dressings
6. Refrozen fudge/ creamsicles

anything else?

For maybe what you listed its worth $100.00/ a trip to the emergency room will really exceed it-when in doubt toss it

worked 40 years in the food manufacturing industry and if the items were sold in the grocery aisle they do not need to be refrigerated for food safety but to preserve the quality.

The items sold frozen would need to be discarded if they were above 40F for more than 4 hours. Items like the fudge sicles would be safe under the above conditions but would not be worth eating because the freezing process is important to the texture of the product and a slow freeze will make them like ice.

Salad dressings depend on whether you bought them refrigerated or in the grocery aisle, refrigerated throw them out.

Do the math. Unless you ABSOLUTELY know how long your power was out, are you willing to risk your life? Foods can refreeze but the damage may already be done and you won't know it until they wheel you into the Emergency Room.
PLEASE, don't risk it. Full disclosure: 31 years in food service and several experiences with power outages leading to food loss.
