I'm not positive, but I thought I have seen a drawing in which chairs were still going to be available at floor level. The stadium seating in order to provide shade. Beer huts will be below seating.That's my recollection.....

John I hope your right in your statement it's still early in the building stage to know. I cant see making seniors sit on concrete. That makes no sense.?? I dont' see putting a pad on it making it comfortable either because you still have nothing for your back. this will be interesting to see how it turns out. It just baffles my mind they would even consider building concrete to sit on??
