His little boat is bigger than three lighthouses. But I feel confident you are well aware of that. 55 you should write for SNL. You have the wit for it.

I have got to doubt it.

He stays pretty much under the radar.

Another person called Karen thought she saw him too, but I don't think so.

He is now 75 I believe and lives in a big home on 466. I hope he is happy there. All he has done has made the three of us very happy here.

Thank you Gary Morse.

There was an "older man" alone outside of Starbucks talking on the phone to many people during my time there.... The conversations were very interesting...."...finished here and will be leaving the dog with his son or daughter while gone to the East Coast for meetings.."(etc.)
Lots of conversation .....
He was a big guy....just seemed "right" for GM...
Just a feeling I had about him..
Oh well, it was just a thought!

If you've googled Gary Morse, you've probably already seen this picture.

THE VILLAGES H. Gary Morse, developer of the booming megaretirement community that sprawls over three counties, is described in a recent Bloomberg News article as a "hidden billionaire."

"He's kind of like the Wizard of Oz," the article quotes Andrew D. Blechman, author of "Leisureville," a book on retirement communities. "He's the man behind the curtain. No one really knows him at the Villages."
