There is a new Premier model, called the Woodbine shown on The Villages site with no pictures, just a floor plan. It is less in price than the others.

The only house built called The Atlanta, a Premier that is a bigger version of the Lantana/Juniper, has been reduced 13K.

If anyone has built a Williamsburg model of the Premier, can you get two bigger closets in the master if you don't have a walk-in shower?

Does anyone know where the next bunch of Premier lots will be?

The Woodbine looks almost identical to the Williamsburg but with a closet and with no bay window in front bedroom/den, different layout in master bath, larger master closets. It has about 75sf less than the Williamsburg but costs $20,000 more.

We were told that Pennecamp is the last premier neighborhood north of 466A, and building not expected to start south of 466A for approx. 2 years. All of the view lots in Pennecamp are sold but there are still many unsold interior lots and lots backing onto the villa walls.

Before we send in our deposit to take advantage of the $50k savings to nail this one down......
The pic shows some open water on the right, but what's that on the left?

If it's a home it looks closer than our neighbor's at our Summerhill cottage home.

Also, since these fine places back onto the lake just across from the public landing park off Rainey trail, can the homeowners jump in or put a canoe in?
