Default Insurance

AAA and The Villages are covering our community.

Both are comparable and seem very nice to deal with.

I am waiting for the insurance comany to schedule a inspection date.

Looks like AAA is getting our coverage. We have a quote in hand.

Still waiting for The Villages to get back to us.

Time is getting close we need coverage for the closing.

Are you sure it is sinkholes???

If it is, go ahead and worry. We had cracks in walls and stuff back home in Ohio where there were no sinkholes and no Morses either.
Gracie, those two homes are in Glenbrook. Apparently the inspectors thought the source to be a very large oak tree and or the pond across the golf course from their lots.

Default sinkholes

In our village we had a 7ft. diam. 6ft deep hole appear overnight in the driving portion of a street. As I passed by in the morning I said to the crew "Wow a sinkhole". Their reply was "in TV we don't have sinkholes, we have depressions". That day it was filled with sand, and about 2 weeks later refilled, small depression, then blacktopped. When we bought our house, there were small cracks which were filled, and I am thinking it is only minor settlement, standard of a 6 yr. old house. Sure hope so. WE do have sinkhole insurance.
