AAA and The Villages are covering our community.
Both are comparable and seem very nice to deal with. I am waiting for the insurance comany to schedule a inspection date. Looks like AAA is getting our coverage. We have a quote in hand. Still waiting for The Villages to get back to us. Time is getting close we need coverage for the closing. |

Gracie, those two homes are in Glenbrook. Apparently the inspectors thought the source to be a very large oak tree and or the pond across the golf course from their lots.

In our village we had a 7ft. diam. 6ft deep hole appear overnight in the driving portion of a street. As I passed by in the morning I said to the crew "Wow a sinkhole". Their reply was "in TV we don't have sinkholes, we have depressions". That day it was filled with sand, and about 2 weeks later refilled, small depression, then blacktopped. When we bought our house, there were small cracks which were filled, and I am thinking it is only minor settlement, standard of a 6 yr. old house. Sure hope so. WE do have sinkhole insurance.
