Have heard this over and over...about seeing cars on the cart paths. This afternoon was the first time for us....or me at least. We'd just made the turn onto the path out of LSL to go north across the bridge towards 466. Right behind the Lakeside Cottages we came up behind a full-size SUV which was stopped (going north as well) and a cart-driver was talking to her. By this time there was a line behind her about 6 deep and we waited until she decided what she was going to do. She moved ahead to an open spot (grass) and took a louie out onto the road. She wasn't elderly that we could see so don't know what caused the lapse. Her license plate was FL so she didn't seem to be a snow-bird. Interesting!!!

Perhaps she was preoccupied with talking on her cell phone.
