Thank you for the accurate information on this. I must say though that I have never actually witnessed any rec center person checking IDs or monitoring activities at my local pool. Granted, I don't monitor the pool or rec center employees.

Like the "rate of inflation" it doesn't actually go down. It just doesn't go up as fast as it might have. You know, by cutting corners, sweeping the trash under the rug when they think no one will find out. That kind of "keeping the costs down ". ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰
