Does anyone know what theme and type of homes they are planning for the next expansion?

The next "downtown" area similar to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing is to be Called Brownwood Paddock and is supposed to have the theme of old Florida.

However all of the villages in the new area will PROBABLY be similar to the ones south of 466 with a variety of models and similar homes to those already built from Villas to Premiers.

They do seem to come up with new home designs every year or so. They just added 4 new ones to their designer series. But they are basically just variations on a theme. I wouldn't expect south of 466A to be much different than the south part of the middle section they are building now. But who really knows!

The models will be the same but the names might start changing to match the Old Florida style names and the streets will have more of an Old Florida western flavor.
