Default No US Postal Service Mail this December 26, 2022. Federal Holiday. Also 1-2-2023.

No US Postal Service mail today. Also next Monday, January 2, 2023.

Saves me a trip to the Postal Center.

Not me. I'm down to once every 10 days. It's not worth a daily trip.

Yeah, but the thing is a large number of mail carriers have been battling severe winter weather for the past week or two, delivering mail/packages to the citizenry for the holiday season. Imagine hanging out the mail truck window in -30 wind chill weather all day long.

Think of all the people being paid to sit on their butts and don’t work at all. I say enjoy the extra break, postal workers, you earned it.
