Could I swim at SP, yes I’d have for 13 years. Do residents get angry someone is swimming miles……Yes, maybe just hate to wait or________? Our current house with a pool that a tether can be removed for clean deck. Is perfect for 365 most important 24/7.

We added a pool for our use, sometimes friends, and family. But mostly we use it, definitely not sipping cocktails. Drinking and swim laps not a good combo

As an e-commerce store owner, I can tell you that’s not how filtering is supposed to work.
I think if word pool (pool or not) in the listing filter you punched picks up the word pool. Therefore it listed due word pool?

This clearly says “room for a pool”.

Anytime you are having a bad day or something that affects your life floating can change that. Floating late at night watching the stars, with very little fireflies, zero noise and basically turn off your mind. In difficult time one can reflect, cry, without interruption, or explanation.

You are correct, I love your pool chart.

I did a small search on Zillow and found the same thing. The point is these are sale sites so showing you what they have to sell might just hook you enough without matching your filters.
There are truly two homes in Briar Meadow North that have a pool. Zillow shows several more and none have it.

Houses in the north have more of a chance of no bond.

Your prior renovations aside, unless you build from scratch there will always be something in a house that you want to change.

Good luck

If you do a search and toggle the “pool” filter, You can see quite a few a few offenders.
Just do a screen capture

It is called bait and switch. You know like cell phone plans. You got to read the fine print.

Same issue here ... apparently any listing with the word "pool" counts as a pool home in their search criteria....so a home with room for a pool....well that apparently counts.

Interesting and yet surprising. Are you sure it does not say room for a pool. I expect there is a realty board that enforces ETHICS. You should report it to them.I'm not an atty.my understanding is what matters is what is written. I'm not buying or selling.
All we have is words. Non-negotiable. Is perhaps a wrong word choice. Everything is negotiable. Prefect house location and room for a pool .might be something for you.
Brokers access the buyers just as buyer access the broker. I will not pay more than and I want. They need to show people what $$$$$ will buy. Old joke a boat in a hole in the water into which you pour money. I've had several boats. Never had a pool. Plan? My garage where my boat was expected to go is now my shop. My back is too far gone for a boat.

Not really. We have been down twice and headed back next month. We are in no rush as we are preparing our house for sale. If what we are looking for pops up-great, if not plan b I guess.

Exactly. There are many listed “with pool” that do not have one. Some do not even say “room for a pool”. Makes it very frustrating to search from afar.

Perhaps we will change some things, but major construction like a pool is a hard no right now. We will only be there 6 months a year, so I can tolerate minor things we might not love a little easier.

It’s funny you mention the boat analogy. I have had boats for 30 years and have not regretted one minute of ownership.

It's possible that once the agent selects "pre-owned" or "existing home" then the "homesite" descriptors go away and they're unable to select that.
The "homesite" category exists for pre-owned homes too.

It's a bit confusing because there are two categories related to "Homesite":
1) Homesites (plural) [on/off] - show me empty lots or not
2) Homesite (singular) - a drop-down menu of features, e.g. corner lot, or room for pool

#2 applies to all homes, pre-owned or not
