We have a CYV with a fenced in back and side yard. We like the privacy and our two cats can enjoy the sun and fresh air without imposing on neighbors. I can’t imagine not living in a fenced yard where neighbors can peep into your windows. In a CYV no one would know how many pets you have unless you told them or they were noisy.

Privacy of a villa is nice, but a cat could probably go over the wall if it wanted to.
