NYE Celebrations on the Squares

On page C4 of this morning's paper is the change in the events at both squares. Will be normal hours 5 to 9. All table and space reservations will be refunded. >

Wonder why they buried the notice on page C4? Should have been on front page. Maybe they thought that the people would over look it.
