Very interesting comment Happy Villager! I live in the neighbourhood and didn't realize that was happening, although there certainly is a lot of congestion at the Belvedere gate. I have a friend who was driving her golf cart at 7:30 AM along Belvedere heading for LSL. A vehicle (non Village resident) failed to stop at the Lynnhaven stop sign and plowed into her golf cart, turning it over.
