Default OK, all the furniture moved in

Ok, I'm in, the furniture is here, nothing is organized.

But, I have a problem....well many problems but this is house related!

I need some ceiling lights installed in my living room, and Patrick's bedroom, I need more towel bars in the master shower, I need grab bars installed on several walls and in the shower,I need lights installed on 2 ceiling fans.

I know there are many advertised handymen and electricians and tile workers. Now I need recommendations for those companies or people you know or have had work for you in your home.

Please PM me if you have people you trust! Thanks, Connie

Connie:

I've been here so much longer than you, based only upon reading that you live in Sanibel!

My first reaction is to determine (probably from The Villages Warranty Department) which contractor actually built your house.

Then, contact them and see what they can do for you. The Warranty Department should also be able to direct you to 'good people.'

So much has changed since I closed on my built-to-my-specifications home in January 2005. But, The Villages is not about to screw up its image by not paying attention to the final details!

Good Luck in making your new home fit your dreams to a T!
