Grandparents, do you know what you’re grandkids are doing in your cart?

Dear God! Sure wish the police had been around. What next??

Totally agree. Not a fan of drugs whether legal or not. Not a moral stance, just not my thing. However, legalizing and taxing these so called recreational drugs would put a dent in both the related criminal activity and the government deficit. What's not to like.

It will be, as soon as Rick Scott figures how he can make a lot of money from it.

I have a friend with Agent Orange Disability who has so many problems, the government should give him whatever he wants. Very nasty stuff. Pot does help mitigate the pain meds required and allows the physicians to reduce the amount of pain med given. I've lost two other friends to Agent Orange problems. I'm eternally grateful I was sent to Europe for my duty station during that war.

I believe Oregon just legalized it in the last election.

Drugs cost $$$$ and when the users don't have enough $$$$ they steal, sometimes kill or injure, and destroy families. They are no good.
Wow...

Default Legal in Florida!

It is too legal in Florida. Even other states honor marijuana license from Florida.

Used to love that band in the '70s. Their first three albums are great, every song a winner. Don't know why they didn't hit it as big as some other southern rockers. Very cool that you hung out with Jim Dandy. I can only say I hung out with Kerry Livgren of Kansas (who turned me on not to weed, but some great Italian prog) after an interview for my college newspaper in 1977.

OP, they're just doing what so many of us used to do at their age, and we turned out alright. I for one would rather see them do that than drink to excess.

Iin the last 2 years I've met several dozen Villagers that use legal and illegal Marijuana here in the villages. It will be recreational legal in Florida by the next Governor election.

That is incorrect.

Medical marijuana is legal, controlled, and regulated in the state of Florida. Recreational use is still not legal in the state though.

Colorado legalized POT several years ago. There is quite a back story as to why they did. But all the POT money goes to new school construction!
