Baseline Landfill.
Hazardous area is the first right when you pull in off Baseline Road, before the weigh station.
They also take flourescent bulbs and a bunch of other items. For bulk disposal you need to go into main yard.
Yard debris too, but I do not recommend going into that area is it loaded with that white sticky mud that will trash your car. You cannot scrub it off.

Also Home depot and lowes sell a small tube of paint drying agent, a catalyst, works in 5 minutes

Place Cat litter in the paint can. It will dry it quite quickly. Once dry, OK to put in regular trash.

There is a dump on Lake County on Rolling acres about 1 mile south of 466 on your left heading south. This dump provide for all the things such as batteries, etc.

I sense you sarcastic attitude ! My point is oil based paint should be disposed of properly to a waste disposal facility. This is my point.
