Default Older model home floor plan(s). Stoneybrook.

I am looking for the floor plan for a Stoneybrook Courtyard Villa. There used to be a couple of websites where you could go to find the floor plans, builder's information, etc. for the older homes but here recently it seems that The Villages has deleted or archived the information and it is no where to be found. Wondering if anyone could help. TYIA.

There was a realtor Lyle Grant (?) that had a wonderful website with that info, unfortunately as I understand it he retired and so did the website. I have never seen a replacement.

The StoneyBrook is a great floor plan and we always wanted one, but could never find one to purchase. Plus, the price is almost out of sight now.

Do you know the approximate year (or years) this style house was built, I was doing some searching and need this info.

Check out the Avondale model: Homefinder - The Villages(R) Homes and Villas for Sale

The Stoneybrook looks to be very similar to the Avondale. The Avondale listed in Osceola Hills at Soaring Eagle Preserve has a floor plan in the pictures. Most Avondale models appear to be on a corner lot. Some have 2-car garages and some have a pool or room for a pool.

There are two properties Listed on old Villages Property Site as Stoneybrook models that have sold. You can go to Sumter Property appraiser and get info on:
2415 Wakefield Terrace which shows the outside dimensions.

1655 Red Hill Road listing on VLS shows the interior room sizes.

If you can not get to these I have saved some of the info and url's,

Let me know if you want any of these.

I will try to get some copies or other document form to send.

We looked at resale Stoneybrooks at the time, we bought an Avondale. The floor plans were basically identical as best as I can tell.

My last home was a Stoneybrook Model. It was block but vinyl was available. The identical vinyl version is called an Anna Maria.

The kitchen is large with a small island. The three bedrooms are a good size. Washer and Dryer is in the garage. Most of the garages are 1.5 car with a curved driveway. It is similar to the OLD AVONDALE model. The Avondale they currently sell is quite different.

We stayed in one about 20 yrs ago. Ours was within walking distance of Nancy Lopez restaurant and club house. It was a three bedroom with open plan kitchen and living area.

We have a Stoneybrook built around 20 years ago. We love the Floorplan. Very open and bright. I notice that a more modern similar version does not have the sliders in the dining area which we really like. This model has an entrance foyer, a small pantry and an enclosed toilet. The only thing I would change is the laundry in the garage.
