One word of caution: Exposure to oxygen can degrade/destroy the antioxidants found in olive oil. Is there oxygen in the tank where your bottle is filled from? I believe olive oil is best kept in the smalest size bottle for this reason.

We dropped in to see this new store at LSL this morning and it is absolutely gorgeous, well worth a visit. It has been set up to resemble a European store - either Italian or Spanish, very rustic with large stainless steel urns of both balsamic vinegar and olive oil on plain wooden tables. We ended up buying Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and a Lavender/olive oil body lotion.

I hope the owner can make a go of it here, it's a great high end addition to LSL.

Thank you for the information. That seems very reasonable.
