Default OMG - they accepted our offer!!!

Well, after haunting this site and the offerings on MLS and VLS, and now visiting..... we made an offer on a home here in the villages and the offer was ACCEPTED!!

We are OVERJOYED that what we have planned for and dreamed of for so long is coming true!

So we are now.. Village People? Lol. My wife and I are looking forward to meeting more of you face-to-face in the coming months and years.

WooHoo!

We had a tough time with the separation to go into The Fenny area (long way and no way by cart, yet) although in a bit more time that are will be great! We are located in the village of Pine Ridge (taxes, I know!) but we could not believe the views of the preserve from Conservation Trail. We made the offer on a house there - a long shot, but was accepted. We have a lot of work ahead to make it “OUR home “. Amazing experience, it’s too long of a story to share here. It’s better over a beer at a town square... but isn’t that true about a lot of things? We do feel blessed and so very welcomed. Thank you!!!

You did a lot of hard work and spent a lot of time looking. I'm so glad you found the perfect place.
