no idea, we don't necessarily buy products by the lowest cost.
But also, the company provided is self insured as the company is a medical center.

Government meddling. Requiring insurers to cover an expense that they had not anticipated actuarily.

No doubt future premium increases will reflect that cost. Once again, socializing the expense of the few irresponsible of their own health onto the many who took better care of themselves. SMH
