Default Outdoor enclosed fireplace

I am wondering if enclosed outdoor fireplaces are allowed in TV? During the cooler weather during the winter months it might be nice to have an outdoor fire. These are allowed in most places that prohibit open outdoor fires.

RS....

Not sure about the fireplace, but, Sam's Club has a propane fueled fire pit ... nice slate top round table plus 4 cushioned chairs for about $1300. A friend bought this set and put it out on the lanai...it was very comfortable out there on a chilly evening. This looked like a great buy.

I doubt it but, if you are seriously considering it, I would advise making a formal request. That request would be through the Architectural Review Board.
