when we bought a pre-owned in the Historic section, we were living in Merritt Island, we came over weekends until we got it all re-done
( tile floors in kitchen and baths, laminate in bedrooms and living room)
we painted walls, and then once we got that done..we ordered bedroom set from Ashley Furniture, and we brought kitchen set, and guest room bed and a sofa..
then when we came down in fall I started buying pieces..Southern Lifestyles was my favorite place
Now after 6 yrs.....we are selling it furnished.....lucky buyers won't have to worry about a thing!
