When I leave for more than a month or so, I turn off the main natural gas valve, which turns off the natural gas to the tankless water heater, stove, and clothes dryer.

So clear this up please ; are you leaving a house in the Villages for months or somewhere cold for months? I didn’t think I was confused but after some of the posts I am now
