Yes. That's exactly the way it works on the wildly popular eBay too. It's just a chance you take.

But you could be eye-balling an item on a rack or shelf in a store, and someone could come up and take it for themselves if you don't have a hand on it.

Default Clicking "Buy Now" removes the item from the listing

I had an item listed for sale and someone who was interested in it clicked "Buy Now" without seeing it, and then decided they didn't want it. I did not realize that the item was no longer listed and ended up losing a sale because of it.

That is a good reason to use Paypal because the buyer would then have had to checkout and pay. Then it was too late for him to backout.

However, that being said, it was not ethical for him to change his mind. He obligated himself to buy it and in doing so took the item off of the market. He owes you the deal. He can just resell it if he does not want it.

Most experienced online buyers jump in and buy sight unseen. They rely on the seller's honest representation and the pictures.

I have noticed on here that all too many sellers provide no information, sizes, condition, weight, color, etc. A seller needs to provide all of the data that they themselves would require if they were the buyer.

You might as well forget thinking that you can suck the buyer into calling you for info and then putting a selling job on him. That is old school and rarely works. In the digital age, there is ALWAYS other item just like it right around the corner.

The Panjo process is a piece of crap, period! I have complained to Panjo and TOTV, no response from TOTV, only disclaimers from Panjo!!! Don't bother, call seller directly...

So, I guess you won't mind if while you are calling, someone else clicks the Buy Now?

Half of the phone calls to a seller result in leaving a message for the seller to call you back. Then when they call you, you are out so they leave a message, etc. etc. Panjo works like Ebay. If you want it, just go ahead and buy it before someone else does. How can that be a bad thing?

Instead of a generic complaint, try explaining exactly what part of the Classifieds does not work for you.

We are going to put together a video that will help users who are not familiar with Ebay or the selling process online to better assist.
