I do know that if you don't use any amenity you don't have to pay the fee. But I don't know of any partial pass.
You only need the guest pass if you're just using the family or adult pools. Save yourself the $50 and ask the landlord for guest passes.

I thought a Guest Pass requires the person be accompanied by the resident …the person of whom they are a guest…when using facilities.

Only for In-Area Guest IDs which are passes for children and grandchildren living in Lake, Marion, or Sumter counties. These passes require the resident to be present.

"Normal" Guest IDs do not require the resident to accompany the guest.

Maybe, but a Lifestyle ID will also get you into some classes that fill up over a regular guest pass (yoga for example)… if all you want to do is go to the pools (family or adult) a guest pass is all you need plus the tenant saves $50 for the Lifestyle IDs and yes, the owner does not have to turn in their IDs.

Only in-area guests require the accompanying resident.

Have fun at Alden Villas! I rented there too awhile ago. Best location, a short walk, just a few minutes, directly to Brownwood Square.
