Whereabouts may you have lost it?

There has been a hat hanging on one of the stop signs near the Paradise dog parks at the foot of the golf cart bridge.

I didn't notice what kind of hat, but my wife noticed it a few times and commented on it.

Does The Villages have a place to take found items? Surely we do....
Perhaps someone knows of a place to find lost items. I have found most of The Villagers to be thoughtful folks who want to find the rightful owners.
