This is a welcome addition to the area. We've checked out some of the boarding options around here and they simply don't compare with what we are used to. Hopefully this one will be a good place to use if we need to board.

wish the businesses would treat people as good. The dog business is a real money maker. people really go over board. My sister told me her neighbor just spent 5,000 bucks for her dog operation.

Loved my Basset Hound. Had her for over 10 years, she was about 13 when we put her down, and she went downhill quick. Fourteen is a good long life for a basset.

When we took her into the vet, she went through all of the things we could do to keep her going awhile longer. When she paused, I said "but I'll still have a 13 year old dog, right?" She sheepishly admitted "Yes". I said "I'm not going to do that to her, or me". We put her down there and then, with all of us comforting her as she passed.

Not much more you can ask for as a dog. Or a person, for that matter.
