Gracie, thanks for the information. So for you, it was the type of house rather than the location of them? How did the locations of the houses influence you or did they?

They did. We had a choice to build the Seabrook in Pennecamp and at Laurel Valley, Glenkenny at Fernandina opened up a couple of weeks after we made the choice. There were NO view lots at the time. We chose Laurel Valley because it was closer to already built stores, restaurants and doctors and of course LSL although we rarely go there for the evening entertainment anymore, we have so many things to do now with friends.

We have an interior lot with nice spacing so we have a good view between the homes. We would have liked a view lot but we were homeless and there were no view lots to fit the Seabrook.

We are very happy here.

May not be the perfect place for everyone, but after all the trips to the villages, when we walked into our new home, it just felt like home. We are excited! Got word today that closing is on Aug. 31. We can't wait to join the family of villagers.
J. Murray, Congratulations on your home purchase in Mira Mesa. I rented in Mira Mesa two months ago, and I really liked that village. Hope your closing and move-in go smoothly.

You would have been very welcomed in the Village of MacClenny at Fernandina. Lots going on and its just getting started.

Thanks Keith for correcting my incorrect Scottish sounding name for your village. I think Fernandina sounds Portuguese and MacClenny sounds Scottish and I didn't file them correctly in my brain.

And I know we would have loved it there as well. We have driven through several times watching it build and it too is another perfect peice of the puzzle that is The Villages.

Hope Costco wins!!
